Drag and drop “vakilla_wheels” to: /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks.
Go to /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data, Edit dlclist.meta and add the line:
dlcpacks:/vakilla_wheels/
Save Changes, Done!!
Replace
Change the name to any other name on the list, for example wheel hiend 01
Drag and drop to: /Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday22/dlc/x64/levels/patchday22ng/vehiclemods/wheels-mods
If you already have my dlc (vakilla_wheels), just drop the ydr files and add the names to carcols.meta
