Installation for instal (OPEN IV needed for this)

Copy and paste the dlc folder “vespucci beach bungalow”
To: mods>update>x64>dlcpacks

Finally add “dlcpacks:/vespucci beach bungalow/” in dlclist.xml using OpenIV
To: mods >update.rpf >common >data>dlclist
